Refund policy
Our Refund Policy meets the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. This protects all parties during your transaction with us.
We offer a 7-day return policy, inclusive of the day of receipt. This means you have a total of 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Returns are to shipped back to us at the customer's cost, or brought back to our store.
Third Party Payment Gateway Fees are not refundable (Peach Payments and Card Machine Fees). This is charged at 3.8% of the total transaction amount.
Returns of Power Products, Inverters, batteries, Kits/Combos will not be eligible for a return if they have been used. If such an exception is made such as the product is defective after installation, a Certificate of Compliance (COC) will be needed as well as wiring diagrams and load requirements.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Battery Products are not eligible for returns. If the battery was purchased and found to be DOA, please report to us immediately.
Gel, Lead Acid and AGM batteries do not come with warranties (unless otherwise stated on the product description). Please ensure you are sure of the product you purchase and ensure they are the of adequate size for your application before purchasing. Please consult an electrician or qualifies installer before purchasing.
All Power and Solar equipment is subject to a 20% handling fee. This is due to the fact that these items are large, heavy and very fragile. They require multiple people and a lot of added work. We also store these items off site and they are required to be transported back to its holding facility. This is standard procedure will all major power supplier outlets.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, Mining rigs, custom-built PCs, etc.), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
No Exchanges will be granted unless the products are in our possession, assessed by a technician, tested and is in a resalable condition. This includes damaged packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
